I bought the HP Pavilion x360 almost 3 years ago. It is the worst laptop I've ever had.  Slow start up, TouchPad lags or unresponsive. WORD takes forever to start, and lose work while trying to save files.  I've had it sent back for repairs, everything replaced except the screen, 1 year later it is just as bad as before. Unresponsive, slow and impossible to do any work on it. Does HP install an obsolete program to force customers to replace their computers? 

I will never purchase another HP. EVER! TERRIBLE LAPTOP!

I concur.  I've had dozens of desktops/laptops over the last 30 yrs.  This is BY FAR, the worst computer I've ever had.  Terrible waste of money.  Memory is constantly >75% and Disk is consistently > 90%.  Simple internet browsing is nearly impossible unless I'm in an extremely patient mood.  Very, very disappointing.  DO NOT BUY THIS LAPTOP.
