Product: Hp Stream Notebook 11-r015wm

My HP Stream Notebook will not start up , the HP logo continues to pop on & off instead of fully starting up .

Hello, do you have installed an update or an other software on your PC before this problem? 

If not, I recommend to you execute an hardware test in your computer. For this, restart your computer by tapping F2 when it is been down for restart. You come in HP Hardware Diagnostic Interface and can execute all tests. If you have a fail please tell us. 

If yes, please power off your PC; and restart it tapping F11 key. If you have access to troubleshoot options, you can try to restore your PC to a previous state (not necessary reset your PC) or uninstall last updates.
