No matter what I try HP support assistant does not work, it downloads successfully ( or so it says ) but will NOT OPEN.

I want the check your current system configuration.

 

(1) Run    msinfo32

- Select <System Summary>:

-->>> copy/paste to following key/values pairs:

 

OS Name

Version

System Model

System SKU ( equals HP product number (p/n) )

BIOS Version/Date


(2) Please report your results

(1) Update BIOS

(2) Reboot

(3) Let BIOS be installed until it's completely done !

Followed your instructions to the letter and when I try and install HP support assistant it will not download it just says " A newr version is installed. set up will now close "
