Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I have Hp eg1000tx laptop in which the following battery issue is there    

 

* BATTERY STUCKS AND IS NOT DECREASING AND SUDDENLY IT BECOMES 0

* BATTERY IS CHARGING NICELY
