Hi hp cloud recovery just says that i shuld contackt hp support beckuse my Serial number is invalid

Hello,

 

This issue cannot be resolved remotely. Your computer's motherboard may have been changed or tempered with and incorrect or missing serial number may have been used or not entered. Therefore, if the information inside the motherboard is missing or incorrect, the HP recovery tools will fail to work properly.

 

You need to provide more details to be able to provide concrete advise. Your best bet to reinstall Windows on this legacy G2 device is via USB recovery media (Microsoft way). Please, check the attached PDF below for example instructions.
