You can use HP Cloud Recovery Tool which creates a bootable recovery usb drive which restores the storage drive to a factory state. Click this link for how to use the recovery tool software.

You need a 32 GB usb drive for the recovery media. You can download the recovery tool software from this link.

HP Recommended

The HP cloud recovery tool is downloading the image but when extracting to usb device it stops with an error.

It also created a log file with debug information but can not include in this post.
