My laptop shutdown drastically without any reason it had some battery power though the screen is completely black, f11 key light is on. So I can't even tell if it fully shutdown. Any recovery attempt is unsuccessful since my laptop cannot shutdown, when I try holding the power button for 30+ seconds then immediately I release it caps lock flashes then f11 key light remains on, when I try holding power+windows+B key the caps lock and f10 key flash like 4 times but f11 remains lights on. I have tried all methods related to removing ram sticks, battery then power button hold press but non works. Does anyone have a solution to this.
