Go to Startup Settings and try to boot in Safe Mode

How do I get to the startup mode? I haven't looked at it in days. I'm about to check it out and see if anything is different, better or worse.

It wouldn't turn on at all after I snapped that picture. It's still under warranty. I shipped it off. Thanks.
