HP Recommended

I have a HP laptop , for some reason it decided the charger only exists when it's powered off, battery check says the battery is fine and  I've whittled it down to the fact that the BIOs is corrupted, I made the USB drive to fix it but now it won't  recognize the charger (I've tried three different cords with three different sockets. It charges only when it's off no matter what)  so now it's soft locked since I can't fix BIOS and I can't access the desktop in any capacity  to do it the easy way 😭😭
