Uninstalling the HpHwDIAG.exe and reinstalling didn't work.  Same error message as before displays.

Even with Revo uninstaller I couldn't find the HP PC Hardware Diagnostics Windows to uninstall it.  The Free download on the Windows Microsoft Store was downloaded and ran it.  Same error message.

I recommend you to try the HP UEFI diagnostics which is more accurate, when the device is locked, press the F2 key several times, enter the diagnostics and there do the tests you need.

What is the HP UEFI diagnostic ? WHere is it ? It seems that your first fix doesn't always work.

I have no idea what the HP diagnostic is and was hoping that there is a solution that would make this error screen go way. It's quite annoying.
