PAVILION LAPTOP

What do i do i received a new laptop on December 20th and it has not worked right from day 1.  I have been working with tech support but it is becoming a fulltime job!  I need a working computer. I even had bought the care pack and still nothing!! I don't know what to do!

Since you've been dealing directly with HP Tech Support (which we are not) then just contact them back and tell them you need the laptop replaced under the warranty.  They should then provide you a case number and shipping instructions.

 

We can not do anything about this; so you have to contact them yourself.

Thanks  ...we finally got transferred to the warranty people but from start to end it will take 20 days to fix the computer and get it back.  the screen is still flickering and going black....
