I accidently deleted my Intel uhd 620 driver and I don't know how to get the driver back

Hi:

 

See my knowledgebase article at the link below for how to manually install the latest graphics driver directly from Intel.

 

Now in your case since the driver was deleted, under the Display Adapters device manager category, there will be a Microsoft Basic Display Adapter.   You click on that instead of the Intel HD graphics adapter that would have been listed there if the graphics driver was installed.
