I have done reset multiple times however the problem persists.

Can you log on? Hardware or firmware edits? I just need more info.

The Kmode exception issue is a KNOWN problem for which HP is distributing a patch through Windows Update.

 

You have to go to Windows Update in settings and search for updates.  Until that is offered and you download and install it, the problem will remain.  There are no other fixes for this.
