@Fakrul123, Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

Based on your message and the HP Support Assistant screen, here's a step-by-step guide to help resolve the issue with the missing BIOS update and other updates not applying:

Manually Check for BIOS Updates

Sometimes BIOS updates may not appear in HP Support Assistant due to version mismatches or system conditions.

  • Visit the official HP Drivers & Software page: Official HP® Support
  • Enter your HP PC model number or let the site auto-detect your device.
  • Under BIOS, check if a newer version is available than the one currently installed.
  • If available, download and install it manually.

Check BIOS Version Installed

To confirm if the BIOS update was already applied:

  • Press Windows + R, type msinfo32, and press Enter.
  • Look for BIOS Version/Date.
  • Compare it with the latest version listed on the HP support site.

Clear HP Support Assistant Cache (Optional)

If updates are stuck or not showing:

  • Open HP Support Assistant.
  • Go to Settings > Health Analysis > Clear Cache.
  • Restart the app and check for updates again.

Additional Notes

  • The message "No longer applicable" for the Realtek Bluetooth driver means your system likely already has a newer or incompatible version, so it's safe to ignore.
  • Ensure Windows 11 is fully updated via Settings > Windows Update before retrying HP updates.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
