Product: HP Stream Laptop
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

I've tried several times to reset my pin. HP sends me a code to my email. I enter it and it keeps sending me back to the start up screen asking for my pin. They never give me an option to reset it. Its out of warranty so no one will help me. I know I am entering the correct pin. Don't know what to do. Is there an email address for HP?  Is there a way to bypass this step?

HP cannot send you a PIN to log into Windows.

 

You need to resolve login issues with your login PIN through Windows / Microsoft.

 

 Reset your PIN when you’re signed out on Windows 10
