Hello, when I turn on my laptop,it reloads again and again endlessly. When I press F11(system recovery) it is loading but then I can see this error. Please,help me, I don't know what to do.

@Roman14 Welcome to HP Forums Community!
Enter safe mode:
- Restart your PC. When you get to the sign-in screen, hold the Shift key down while you select Power > Restart.
- After your PC restarts to the Choose an option screen, select Troubleshoot > Advanced options > Startup Settings > Restart.
- After your PC restarts, you'll see a list of options > select 5 or F5 for Safe Mode with Networking.
iastor.sys = Intel Matrix Storage Manager driver - See System/Motherboard Maker and the chipset maker.
This driver could have been driven to a fault by other programs such as Symantec/Norton.
Check the Intel Downloads in case you don't find the drivers on the official HP website: Click here

Intel Matrix Storage Manager - be sure to check for DATE and set the version of Windows and chipset:
