HP Pavilion Gaming Laptop
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have tried everything at this point. After a system update two nights ago, no apps will open off of the microsoft store . This computer is BRAND NEW and I first went to a friend in tech support, all methods failed. We restored it to a previous version, failed. Then my windows store refused to update any apps. I tried to repair and restore the system and apps, did not work. I tried to then factory restart, which failed 6 TIMES. So we went to amazon, where it was purchased, and there tech support failed to help. So they gave us contact information for HP support. I did the virtual assistant, no help and she will not give me a case number. All I want is to talk to a representative and I physically cannot.
