I cant trun off the lamps indicator in f12 and it make me hard to turn off or turn on my laptop.

Hello.

My name is Rain, i need your help to slove my problem with my laptop. 

I dont know why I cant turn off the indicator lamp in f12 eventhough i already turn off my wifi. It make me hard to turn off or turn on my laptop. Its getting on again and again when i turn it off. And itsgetting blank when i turn on my laptop until i took the battery out
