Product: HP 17.3 inch Laptop PC 17-c0000 (2W0J5AV)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11
I downloaded the recovery utility & IRST Driver, but Widows Setup does not find my drive. I also tried the Win10 IRST Driver. No luck with either. How can I get the Windows installer to see my drive. I do not want to save any data. I want a fresh install.

Try the driver I posted in the discussion at the link below...this person had the same problem and same model notebook as yours.
