I have an important folder that is bio encrypted and I cannot remember the password. This folder was encrypted using my finger print years ago and I haven't needed it until now. Its asking for the backup password in addition to my fingerprint, and I can't for the life of me remember. Because my laptop is "retired" and out of warranty, support is not available.

Does anyone know a way to reset this password or a way around it using my finger print?
