Upon start up I get a failure notice 94PPLX-7R4BTC-MFPWLK-60W503; Product ID: K8Y43AV need to fix. How do I get this computer up and running. Just want to be able to transfer the Hard Drive files onto a new computer.

Based on the information you provided, the hard drive has failed, a new one needs to be installed as well as the operating system.
It is doubtful that you will be able to recover any files from the PC, but after you remove the drive, you can purchase a SATA to USB cable, plug one end into the failed hard drive and the other end into a working PC's USB port and see if you can read/copy any files from the failed drive to the PC.
