HP Pavillion x2 210 Tablet
Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)
My laptop was running slow so I thought I would do a hard reset since I didn't have any important files on it. So I reset it and I got a blue screen error, then a listing screen with a popup box saying there was an error or my computer restarted and I should press OK to install. I found a solution online to get past the popup box, I don't remember what it was though, but now my laptop is stuck in a state of constant reboot. It goes like this:
Blue HP Logo with loading circle,
Black screen,
Blue HP Logo,
Installing and configuring Windows install screen that doesn't move past 64%,
And then black screen. This process constantly repeats.
Please help.

Hello @kirsty_mcq17,

Welcome to the HP Support Community! I understand that your Pavilion x2 PC is stuck in an endless loop after attempting to reset it.

You can start by attempting a full hard reset on the system and testing for hardware failures.

If the system is still stuck in the loop you may be able to follow the steps to perform a Recovery when Windows 10 does not start correctly.

If you do not have a separate disk for Windows 10, you can create recovery media from Microsoft and attempt to recover the system or boot from that instead of the hard drive.

Please get back to me how this goes. Please click the Thumbs up below to thank me for my efforts!
