A black box keeps popping up on the screen and shows C:\PogramData\SystemConfigInfo000\node.exe at the top and says connect on in the black area

Same here on Win7 Pro.

The first black window is a CMD (command) window and flashes for only about 1/2 a second. Less than one minute later it will launch NODE.EXE which is what your are reporting. I am very suspicious of programs running without my permission, and always run good and updated AntiVirus software. I have scanned my PC with several different brands this evening, none of them detect anything malicious.

I had to go to safe mode and delete a bunch of executable and hta  files in the SystemConfigInfo000 folder you named. Rats, CMD window just flashed again, guess I didn't get all of it yet. This sure behaves like malware.

Thanks for responding, it seems nothing I try works either. I tried running system file checker as suggested, but it gives me this message:
