I have a problem when i check warranty, pls help me !

Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

I have a problem when i check HP product warranty.

I use multiple check product, when i check less than 10 unit, then OK, but i check more than 10 unit then website HP feedback :" We're sorry

HP Customer Support site is temporarily unavailable.

We apologize for any inconvenience. Please check back later.

I need check warranty for my company, one month about 2000 Serial number. Pls help me troubleshoot this problem.
