I got that. Try the driver I linked. Download and install and see if it takes away the problem with "PCI device" and we can then work on the other issues. If reloading drivers does not work we need to start thinking in terms of hardware problems and replacing parts or the laptop. It has reached "an age" now.

PCI dev:  Download, unzip and run the setup application from the 1st file listed at the link below...

U have tried what was on the video and I followed that steps of Microsoft teredo tunneling adapter but still it doesn't want to be updated
