I have no way of recovery my bitlocker key because the original email account was closed. I need to reset it so that I don't need the bitlocker key, how do I do that?

When a PC has BitLocker enabled, there is a function to export the key both to a printed page and to a file -- which can then be printed. 

 

IF you did not do that, there is no way NOW to recover that key -- because if there was, there would be no point in encrypting it in the first place.
