So as I said I bought the laptop a few years ago with Windows 7 64-bit and I upgraded to Windows 10 but when I search for new drivers or software on the Hp website its doesn't show in the os "Windows 10" so I don't know what it's best for me to do should I switch to Windows 7 again or maybe there is a way to make it show Windows 10?

Unfortunately, I wouldn't be able to help you fix a corrupted BIOS.
I do not use driver update apps.
I either get the drivers directly from the hardware manufacturer's websites (Realtek for example) or I use whatever drivers are available on the support page for the model PC if there are no W10 drivers.

Hi:
HP does not support your notebook for W10 and there are no W10 drivers for most of the hardware it has.
Are there any driver issues you are having with W10?
If so, which ones?
If not, I don't see a need to go back to W7.
