I lost my bitlocker recovery key

USB Flash Drive/USB Hard Disk can't use this.

E_FVE_SECURE_BOOT_DISABLED  can't unlock

This drive is locked by bitlocker drive encryption. you must unlock this drive from control panel.

Unfortunately, there is nothing anyone can do to help you with a problem like that.

 

That is a unique key that neither HP or anyone else would have.

 

If you can't obtain it by following the guidance at the link below, if you want to use the notebook again, you will have to reinstall Windows on the drive.

 

Find your BitLocker recovery key - Microsoft Support

 

To reinstall Windows you can use the HP cloud recovery tool on another Windows PC and make a bootable USB recovery drive to factory reset the drive to its 'out of the box' condition.

Since you have to use the utility on another PC, you will have to enter your notebook's full product number in the tool's search window in order to proceed.
