No able to use the computer I see an error message that say’s Boot device not found

Please install an operating system on your hard disk

It's telling you to press F2 to run diagnostics -- so do that and tell us what it finds.

I already press F2 before getting on this forum dead end it just say’s go to www.HP.com/go/tech center/PCDI ags And I have. Also the test I’ve run on my computer say’s the memory is fine.
