I have already downloaeded the sent updates for  bios through USB in my PC. 

I tried alot to make boating on my laptop via this Usb but it doesnt work!

The exact complain of my hp laptop is "Black screeen, power putton is on, blinking caps lock key" with no respose, colleagues advised me to download the updated bios.

What i did exactly; i have pluged the usb with your updated application (bios), pressed on windows key + V key and/or B key + power .... but the case still the same.

Any solution out of the box for this problem, it was super laptop working smoothly for many years!

You're very welcome, Ahmed.

Unfortunately, I don't know how to recover from a failed BIOS update on those older model notebooks.

I think the file can only be run in Windows, or you have to take the PC to a repair shop that has specialized tools and software to reflash the BIOS using the contents of the file I posted.
