HP Stream - 14-ax010wm

I have a hp stream 14 model ax010wm that takes a windows 10 in s mode but I guess my friend instead of doing a factory reset from the computer it self he went and erased everything from the bios and now I’m having so many problems with it saying partition drive missing also can’t install windows where the windows is located also I used so many different recovery apps software to fix partition and nothing works I also did try to use cmd and follow what I was supposed to with sfc bootrec also DISKPART and nothing all I’m trying to do now is find a hp cloud recovery tool but I can’t get one from Microsoft Windows anymore can some one lead me in the right direction to getting it please

Hi:

 

You can use the HP cloud recovery tool and a 32 GB USB flash drive to create a bootable USB recovery drive that will reinstall Windows, the drivers and the software that originally came with your PC.

Since you will have to use the utility on another PC, you will need to enter your notebook's product number in the tool's search window in order to proceed to make the recovery media.
