Thanks IT_winsec, but you're suggesting on downloading windows 10, my current windows is 8.1. Do you think an HP stream notebook can handle windows 10 the same as windows 8.1 or will it become slower? Maybe if i send you some of my laptop's info you can help me decide wether my laptop can handle it or not. :D.
LOL. Thank you very much IT_winsec.

To install Windows 10 you would need to purchase a license key from Microsoft. Your Stream has a license for Windows 8.1 embedded in BIOS. You need the Windows 8.1 ISO:
https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows8ISO
When booting from it you may/may not be asked for a license key. It should pick up your key in BIOS. If it asks for a key and won't let you continue without one use this generic key. You can get your key from BIOS now or later using the file I attached.

Btw, you will have to download the ISO on another computer with enough free disk space to hold the temporary files. I doubt if your stream has enough space- probably requires 3-4gb free.

Hi @SpyroEnzo
Apologies - my bad - I didn't ask you for your specific HP Stream submodel and I automatically assumed you are using one of the newer ones which come with Windows 10 preinstalled. The slightlty older models of Stream comes with Windows 8.1 indeed.
Yes, would you please post your HP Stream model , details and product number (p/n) - no serial number is needed. Here is how to find the information - use F1 >> http://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c00033108
