HP Recommended

Microsoft says HP is supposed to update my BIOS system. Is this something i can do on my own or should I contact live support? My BIOS version is 2023, I need 2024 or 2025 due to my software glitching at start up. I started having issues after updating to Windows 11, my laptop was compatible so i upgraded and then had this issue.

What is your laptop model? Latest bios version available for your laptop on driver page should be as far as you can go.
