HP Recommended

Microsoft says HP is supposed to update my BIOS system. Is this something i can do on my own or should I contact live support? My BIOS version is 2023, I need 2024 or 2025 due to my software glitching at start up. I started having issues after updating to Windows 11, my laptop was compatible so i upgraded and then had this issue.

What is your laptop model? Latest bios version available for your laptop on driver page should be as far as you can go.

I figured out how to update my BIOS System to 2025. However, after updating to Windows 11 Home, I have had issues with my screen glitching after powering on. At first I turned off Fast Start Up and it worked temporarily. However, after a few days off and powering on again, the screen flickering is back. I have to keep restarting my laptop in order to use it every time. The BIOS system works. Thank you
