Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I need hp cloud recovery tool to install windows 10 with its driver from cloud recover toll but its installing windows 11 from the same before i was able to download windows 10 from it but now it automatically download windows 11 in my pendrive 
Dont want to use media creation tool

but there is no such like option from which i select windows 10 instead of windows 11 and its again downloading windows 11
