Product: HP Envy m6 p100

My HP Envy m6 won’t reboot and I keep getting your pc didn’t restart correctly messages.  I’ve tried restarting different ways but it doesn’t work.  I ran a quick hard drive test and received a 24 failure code.  I need help please.  How to get my laptop to reboot correctly.
