I turn on my pc and it keeps loading and it restarts by itself and I can't get It to start.  What can i do?

The issue can be caused by software or hardware issue

Would you be able to check your computer for hardware issues using the BIOS/UEFI F2 diagnostics >> https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=14GKIpGPNRM
