@Shibu_k

You can have Windows 10 anytime, no need to take backup using following options

1.  Get Windows 10 directly from Microsoft

            https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10

2.  Please use Cloud Recovery tool

           https://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c06162205

Machine will automatically activate using product key in BIOS.

Regards.

Hello @Shibu_k

Welcome !

You may manually back up your files only by copy/paste into external device (like USB pendrive) or into Cloud storage like OneDrive, Google Drive, etc

If you want full back up of the entire drive, like system image, you will need an external USB drive. Here are the built-in options in Windows 10 :

>> https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/forum/windows_10/how-to-create-a-system-image-in-windows...

>> https://www.windowscentral.com/how-make-full-backup-windows-10

For advanced users, i would recommend Clonezilla.
