You can have Windows 10 anytime, no need to take backup using following options
1. Get Windows 10 directly from Microsoft
https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10
2. Please use Cloud Recovery tool
https://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c06162205
Machine will automatically activate using product key in BIOS.

Welcome !
You may manually back up your files only by copy/paste into external device (like USB pendrive) or into Cloud storage like OneDrive, Google Drive, etc
If you want full back up of the entire drive, like system image, you will need an external USB drive. Here are the built-in options in Windows 10 :

For advanced users, i would recommend Clonezilla.
