I have a notebook from hp, sorry people not informing the model but I don't know. I updated a driver with the own driver updater that came with my nootebook, updated 4 drivers and one of them was the "psi express" after that I restarted the nootebook and gave BSOD with an error message "BOOT DEVICE INACESIBLE", after after the nootebook restarted it went into automatic repair and then said that the nootebook hadn't restarted properly. I went back to the start and gave BSOD again with the same error message and went back to the automatic repair so doing a loop. I searched on the internet and found a solution that was to do a restoration, but, needed a password, I put mine from microsoft and did not accept the password, I changed my password and it do not acepted the pass word again. I don't know what to do please help me. Someonr have a way to resolve the problem without i lose my files and aplications, if its not possible i understand and any help i will be gratefull.
P.s. My nootebook have a SSD de 512 GB , amd ryzen 5 U3500 , 16 GB ram DDR4 and i dont know the mother board.
P.p.s. Im portuguese if this not auto translate put this on google translator. PORTUGUESE TO YOUR LENGUAGE
