Hi, I've reinstalled Windows several times through the HP cloud recovery as well as just a normal reinstallation of Windows 11.

Recently, I've started getting random SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION & SYSTEM_THREAD_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED or even an occasional VIDEO_SCHEDULER_INTERNAL_ERROR when it is on with discord/steam open. I've tried to isolate the problem, and the crashes still occur from a fresh restart and just unlocking my laptop after a while.

 

It's been extremely hard to work, considering I can't even leave it on to come back to something without a random crash that shouldn't be happening right after I reinstalled Windows. I've also updated my graphics drivers and gotten all system updates from windows as well as from the HP support assistant tool
