The problem looks like a hardware issue. Your PC has identified that the PC's HDD is about to fail which means your data is at risk - it may be lost.
Actions are needed. Can you boot your PC to desktop eventually ? If yes, back up and archive your important data on external device (like USB pendrive)

Last part - once you replace the faulty HDD component - you will need to reinstall back your operating system
