Imminent hard disk failure

My startup screen is showing that The Hard disk check has detected an imminent failure and telling me to Run System Diagnostics... Can anyone guide me!! Please help me

• The problem looks like a hardware issue. Your PC has identified that the PC's HDD is about to fail which means your data is at risk - it may be lost.

• Actions are needed. Can you boot your PC to desktop eventually ? If yes, back up and archive your important data on external device (like USB pendrive)

Last part - once you replace the faulty HDD component - you will need to reinstall back your operating system
