When running Windows update i get;

Hewlett-Packard - USB - 6/24/2018 12:00:00 AM - 48.0.4261.18175

Installationsfel - 0x80070103

Hello @Folkeanulf 
Multiple users have reported this issue. That error code refers to an update which is already present in the device and does not affect the functionality of the PC. To prevent it, you can refer to the solutions posted in these threads-
