Operating System: Microsoft Windows 8 (64-bit)

I'm trying to install win10 using a cd on my new hdd since my old hdd(win8 factory installed) is dead already. 

 

the problem is that it doesnt show up in the boot manager. any solution?

found the solution by disabling Secure boot along with legacy boot

Hi

 

Was the DVD made using/from...

https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows8ISO

https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10

 

Then if so ESC and F9 and select the appropriate drive.

Select Secure Boot and re-sequence the Boot Devices in the BIOS.
