Microsoft Windows 11

I’ve tried every option I can think of to install a fresh copy of Windows 11 on my PC. I’ve tried booting directly into the Windows setup, using the Rufus method, and even accessing the setup through the F10 boot menu. I also downloaded the required drivers and tried loading them during installation, but I still couldn’t get Windows 11 to install.

At this point, I’m wondering if there might be an underlying problem with my PC or its storage drive. Could something be wrong with the hardware, BIOS/UEFI settings, or the drive itself that is preventing the Windows installation from loading?

@Ayan_windows27,

You need to enter F2 PC Hardware Diagnostics UEFI to run SMART check and long DST test to check the integrity of the storage drive.

Post back with the test result and provide the exact model number or product number (ProdID), which you can find on the bottom cover of the notebook.
