Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Actually my fingerprint is not working . It shows "we could not find fingerprint scanner compatible with windows hello fingerprint" . I already try all of the method which is available on internet such as installing driver (HP Biometric FingerPrint Reader WBF) and enable all the possible option but unfortunately the fingerprint is not working . It always shows me "we could not find fingerprint scanner compatible with windows hello fingerprint" . How can solve this issue ?

It may not have Finger print sensor at all. What is your machine ? Does it have Finger print option in the first place ?

Yes, of course, it has Finger print option in the first place. My machine is : hp g3 core i5 6th gen .
