Hello.
I have HP Victus on 12th gen Intel (12500h) and all drivers for Rapid Storage Technology are not working, while Im trying to install Windows.
They all showing up as unsupported. I've tried download them directly from Intel site, same result.
Does anyone know what to do?

Welcome to the HP support community.
I understand that you are unable to update the drivers, I am glad to assist you.
Update the Bios, chipset, and drivers using HP Support Assistant.
Download and run the HP Support Assistant from this Link: Click here
- HPSA will automatically search for all the latest drivers for your Notebook
- Click My devices in the top menu, and then click Updates in the My PC or My notebook pane.
- Click Check for updates and messages to scan for new updates.
- Review the list of updates. Updates with a yellow information icon are recommended. Updates with a blue information icon are optional.
- Click the update name for a description, version number, and file size.
- Select the box next to any updates you want to install, and then click Download and install.
Also, ensure Windows is up to date.
- Select the Start button, and then go to Settings > Update & security > Windows Update , and select Check for updates. If Windows Update says your device is up to date, you have all the updates that are currently available
Let me know how it goes.

Hello man!
Without correct IRST driver I can't even install clean Windows, so all your information non actual for this.
There are no actual drivers for 12gen Intels. I am shocked that HP cant upload recent drivers at their Drivers page, that's nonsense.

Hi,
I experienced the same with a HP Slim 12th Gen.
Google for "intel rapid storage technology driver windows 10 64-bit 13thgen" and use that version (19.5.1.1040).
It's designed for 12th and 13th gen processors. Published 10/25/2022.
Worked for me.
Do you know how to make your drive visible using these drivers running the Win10 setup?

No, it doesn't work either, unfortunately.
Thanks for your help, tho!
It still amazes me that HP is selling laptops without Windows and have NO needed Intel Rapid Storage Driver at that model's driver page - that's just insane for me, how you can do that?
Now this laptop is basically unusable for me.

Hi,
Could you please help to solve my problem? I have same problem as @Alex82787344 has.
There was blue screen rarely. And I couldn't solve that and tried to install another windows for my Hp Victus 15-fa0031dx. And now it even doesn't start. I updated Bios. Now when I try to install windows, it can't find ssd.
Any tips what I found doesn't work.
