I am not sure about the model. But here is the information labeled at the back of my Notebook.
HP 625
Serial CNUO412V9W
PRODUCT: WT107EA#ACQUIRED
Windows 7 Home Basic OA MEA
HP 584032-001
AMD vision Pro
I also get an error: 0oox0000142 Application Error
and this happened after I formated my windows & install my graphics drivers.
