Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

 

Receiving message that internal battery needs replacement. Went to Best Buy Geek Squad.  They will not replace the internal battery citing potential data destruction issues.  Geek Squad did not have a clue where else I can get an internal battery replaced and installed.  Any thoughts.  G
