Unfortunately, you cannot upgrade the TPM for your HP EliteBook Revolve 810 G2 Tablet.
According to the manual: http://h10032.www1.hp.com/ctg/Manual/c04055028.pdf, the compatible system boards which are fitted with various non-swappable 4th generation Intel processors, only allows support for Trusted Platform Module (TPM) version 1.2.
